About Luciana Gilmore
Who is she?
She is "The Unconventional Leader!"
Truth is Luciana didn't realize this until she was in the thick of her leadership journey. She had always been told that she did things differently and that she didn't focus on how she would get to the end result, but instead, she just knew the end result could be achieved.
Education was not the major she earned her Bachelor degree in, in fact, it was Political Science and Public Relations. Somehow she always knew she wanted to fight for what was right, she just didn't know she'd be fighting for children!
Not long after attaining her first position as a teacher, she knew education was the career for her. It was something about the students that fed her spirit, something about contributing to their life that fulfilled her!
From classroom teacher to K-8 principal, to high school principal, and lastly founding high school principal, her career has been wide and varied. And while learning a lot along the way, what she found to be the best lesson of all, is how to truly impact children!
What she concluded during her leadership journey, is that impact is a direct product of vision, but for your vision to truly be impactful it has to be rooted in who you are as a person and then a leader.
Her vision is and will always be unconventional, as her roots are planted for IMPACT!
